I dont have a balcony...

Try it on the outside of your window some install the dish to get the signals

They doesn't really seems to be worrying about increasing the customer base just like that..

If you install it in C wing will u get good signals ?

If yes only issue is there will be a long cable that has to be laid which will reduce ur signal strength. Signal quality will be alright I guess
