same as telecom operator. They called churn sim after it give to another user. But in this way ts has 0% churn rate? As they never deactivate permanent. Correct me if i am wrong
Yeah. Exactly bro. In telecom also once a number is permanently deactivated, it can't be activated again and due to any xyz reasons, if it's activated it is treated as a new sale.
Similar logic applies to DTH. And since there is no recycling of numbers etc are involved unlike Telcom, DTH operators prefer not to churn subscribers.
