same as telecom operator. They called churn sim after it give to another user. But in this way ts has 0% churn rate? As they never deactivate permanent. Correct me if i am wrong

Yeah. Exactly bro. In telecom also once a number is permanently deactivated, it can't be activated again and due to any xyz reasons, if it's activated it is treated as a new sale.

Similar logic applies to DTH. And since there is no recycling of numbers etc are involved unlike Telcom, DTH operators prefer not to churn subscribers.

Fingerprints means which shows in our TV screen while watching any paid channel ?

dishtv used to show our VC (Viewing Card) no. in our TV screen don't know about other DTH.

So, they are treating direct VC number as fingerprinting which is again good and easy to punch in system to search offenders.

other dths have a specific alphanumeric numbers but not card numbers that displays time to time.
even I had seen fingerprint from broadcaster on a DTH.
