@ veer If i remember it correctly i was old Platinum HD customer so last year they did not revise the price for old customer new customer had to pay 480+ tax... but gradually they increased the price for all...

Platinum hd was hiked time to time ...440 to 460 to 480 to 520 and now at 550

Yeah. DTH companies must be paying double tax to government.
One would be service tax and the other would be entertainment tax.
Maybe IndianMascot bro can shed some light on it. He is the CEO after all.

Package rates will keep on increasing with new channel addition..The remedy is either watch some selective channels or opt for lowest ever pack or stop watching tv...

I wanted to downgrade today how about considering new Diamond Package with HD Top up.... i could not find HD top up on D2H web site..... how to get it and how much it cost

Bro..all hd top ups are discontinued now u have to take platinum hd

so for viewing HD channels there is no HD top up now .... we need to compulsorily subscribe to platinum HD package... am i interpreting correctly?
