This is also one reason.generally Fisher men doesn't know that where they landing.But These srilankan fishermen crossing Indian borders intentionally.because they are getting all the felicities here.Their relief camp is there near at Vishakhapatnam..there they will get free food and bed..who are coming here they are conveying this message to their families and friends and they also coming here.recently I have read about these articles.

these fishermen go out in the middle of the ocean where there they can catch plenty of fishes.

Ofcourse we can identify there must be some lighthouse installed in Sea, also these Fisherman should have GPS equipped tools and Indian Navy must track these moments.
If nothing is understandable in Sea then no Cargo boats will ever able to travel from International boarders.

if they are allowed to fish here, then the same would apply for Indian fishermen too but it doesnt happen.

The fishermen would still use the outdated boats that have no GPS and dont compare it with the cargo ships.
