If nothing is understandable in Sea then no Cargo boats will ever able to travel from International boarders.

It is not so easy to buy the boat as of now most of them are renting the boats from a dealer and give the rent to them. Their standard of living is too low and most of them dont own a smartphone too, just a feature phone
