At one hand these telecos defending Net Neutrality, and praising to support Net Neutrality by saying "Sab Ka Internet" and quoting that still millions of people not having access and here records are saying that 3G customers are more then 2G ?

may be 3G users consume more data than 2G........There was finding published from Facebook that only 13 % active users on 3G...........

because of speed, more datas are consumed, i remember that rs.97 pack of 1gb, i would have used only 200 mb in a month in those days.

According to article consumption of 3G increased to 90% so how many people coming in that number ? And whats the ratio of 2G then ?
