Yes Operators blames because Broadcasters have to take care of Dolby sound.

BTW what is swinging sound ?

The sound like voice or music swings across all 5 channels(Left,Right,Center,Rear Left and Rear Right) and its very irritating.

Dolby Sounds are not ordinary sounds you knows how much broadcasters spending for license only and suddenly Dolby sounds are also to show that they're technically advance. So Broadcasters providing Dolby sound and having Dolby license then they surely wants that all operators implement it suddenly they not pay directly for Dolby Sound but they have to give some kharcha pani to operators

take the example of ADTV.ADTV and Both satr HD channels are Dolby partners still ADTV removed Dolby sound for Star sports HD 1 and 2.Hathway also Dolby partner but still it is not providing dolby sound for NGC HD channel.Even TS added fake Dolby sound for Ten HD and Zee TV HD which are not having Dolby sound.So it is purely DTHs wish whether they have provide Dolby or not.

I must say this the 2nd most informative review I am seeing in last 2 days.

Yesterday we saw the review from Maveli bro. And today Mr.A.N bro shared a big and brilliant review

Picture quality of HD channels is looking awesome. But why pics of only few channels are posted Mr.A.N bro.

So many HD channels its taking long for me to write and take snaps

There is no need for agreement for providing sound.

Yes, there is an agreement between both parties for audio feeds too. Don't forget that audio feeds too consume bandwidth and everything that consumes bandwidth is part of agreement between operator and Broadcaster.

then why Dolby sound adding and removing is happening in DTHs.

Its true bro.Zee TV HD and Zee cinema HD doesn't providing Dolby sound that is the reason swinging coming.

But not in Dish TV

Ive Arion Set Top Box and they are licensed

Licensed Dolby Manufacturers

I think lot of discussion happened regarding this topic in this forum.dish Tv doesn't have Dolby license but they have 5.1 technology for getting 5.1 sound.Zee is partner of Dolby sound.

5.1 only comes either PCM or dolby and Home theaters solely support these 2 technologies
