That is bcoz in analogue actual number of subscribers are never told to broadcasters and Government by Cable Operators, they reveal only 30 percent of actual so to fill the gap analogue rates for channels is high but no one is affected as still cable guy earns max from customers, under-declares to Broadcasters and customers till enjoy channel at low rates

Nope about chaging 58% extra amount of Non-DAS. By not protesting they indirectly agreed that they are doing malpractices in providing correct data to broadcaster and govt.

But both Broadcasters and Govt. can ask the proof of number of SAF forms.

Ok got it. I was confused that dino29 was talking about analog cable. But I can't agree on 58 % mark
