ok bro, it was last year i saw when too many compression and artefacts were present in TS.

sound was also good in ADTV previously but now bass is very low.

For Dolby digital both options are good and if your HT decodes DD+ sound then you have only option is HDMI. threw HDMI only you can get DD+ sound.

SD channel PQ also not so good as users saying about.HD and SD PQ is as same as TS.
