I have got AD TV installed last sunday (23 rd June) with HD box. Mega HD pack is given free for 1 month. Now my question is can I opt for a basic SD pack with HD top up after that or I have to continue with Mega HD pack? Can any member throw some light into the matter. Also can anyone provide the procedure to change pack through sms ? I'm getting difficulty while connecting to the cc. That's why I'm asking this.

Recharge,package change,channels add /remove are done in few seconds.
But can't comment on stb problem,signal problem ,relocation.Because i haven't faced these problems.

Surajit, Yes you can opt for basic SD pack n go for hd addons as you like. It's better call CC to change the pack.
