Don't throw boxes. It can be used anytime in future.

And one thing is sure that Airtel can't recover anything from me. They tried this for broadband default but they had to return back.

What we need to proper arguement power and knowledge of policies. That's it.

I have ditched d2h 4 years back. They keep calling me to activate my Set top box for 2-3 months. I keep telling them I dont want to recharge. One day I snapped at them telling your d2h suck dont call me again. And they didnt called didnt even take anything even they had this clause of returning the box.

Same for my friend. He had problem with signal.

I will demand a proof from them wherein they have communicated to me that their Set Top Box will need to be returned if i don't recharge.

ALso, i will ask them to show information about this in public domain.

IndianMascot Bro. Before you face such jhanjhat they already lured you by milking some offer :p

I am not saying that airtel collects equipment immediately after you deactivate the connection but they give you the choice to activate your connection time after time after time. If you activate your connection then fine otherwise they will ask you to return equipments to them if still not return then they block your connection just like deactivate mobile numbers after then if you even wants to activate they won't activate it and forcefully you have to purchase the new connection :beat2:
