Let Govt. deduct salary for these holidays and sent them home then we will check whether they're feeling laziness or not.
Govt. bank is any how depends on Govt. only and tats a reason rather then increasing they're synchronizing infront of private sector who works 24x7 and not even get anything extra infront of Govt. employee.

Most of the bank employees work in branches that are located in another city and hence they need break to visit their home town. Some officials are shifted after 6 months or so and it is regular for them

2 days won't help them let them take a huge leave and remain on their home town, what would happen if we need urgent cash from our Govt. bank and we found that it is close because they need a break and ATM too consumed properly within 2 days.
If RBI purposely closing Banks for some financial trouble citing a rest issue then its a sign of worry.

In current days bank employees are working more than private jobs like us.
Everyday when i reach home at around 7, i can still see most of the banks are half shutter down only and staffs working inside.
And unless it become a trend to have saturday off we all have to work. So, let the trend be changed and mahaul of the country says Saturday Sunday off for every Indian.
