i think u dint understand. topic is regarding UP only. so how many people have become scientists after studying in govt. schools from UP only.

You haven't read in government school neither you are a government employees. So stop bothering about it.
70% migrants of Mumbai are from UP only in Mumbai and I daily interact with many such. So somewhere understand the nerve of UP better than you.

Also all the scientist having 40+ age would have read in government school only because 40 years back there were hardly any private school.
