This was sent to me last evening. On call this guy told me that package has been located and it is now with local facility. It will be delivered to me by monday.
They have not added the gift card. Now on call they say that package is still in transit and not located and request you to wait. Moreover this email do not state it will be delivered by monday.
Their executives lies, their supervisors lie. IDK whom to believe. And their twitter team is just awesome.
