we can say 2 months of duration.How much PIX HD has taken time into all DTH and Digital cable.I am sure more than 2 months.Then how we can say that the launching time is wrong.I am sure MSM will market same like PIX HD.so this channel will take more time to come in all DTH and digital cable.means there is no dependency of IPL and launching of this channel.
