Only formally there is a ICC president but real power is in BCCI hand.One can't rule ICC without BCCI power.If others oppose,they will loose india series like SA.
Here in article it is said about ICC president.

I think if others left ICC then BCCI will loose opponents to play then BCCI players and BCCI only have a option to keep playing IPL Forever.
I am expecting SA, WICB to rebel and ECB, PCB and other boards to joined hands.

I think his son lives in Mumbai.....he knows many insider things & even threatened to spill the beans in an interview.....
