No bro. For Adtv we need cc. Their bad habit is when they launch new HD channel they don't add in our package we need to call many times for addition. Which is worst thing.

bro... whenever i call them, i asked to transfer this call to the senior department and then i speak to the senior department who are more knowledgeable than juniors ofcourse.

or else i mail them. mailing department is very good.

Call center agents aren't Airtel employees. That are outsourced Companies like Serco, Resurgent etc.

bro... i have used both d2h n adtv on the same tv. pq of sd channels is same, slightly better in adtv.
but now i m using adtv on 40'' so pq looks dull on adtv. never used d2h for this led so can't say.

Bro I used Airtel d2h TS on same TV 55 led pq of SD is same in d2h & TS airtel was to best in HD but SD not much good

Correct TS employee are directly recurring but airtel is doing like did for sim s cc 3rd party so we can't expect better response but when we mail the response from airtel is little fast before TS like addition s

Infact Tata Sky never respond on email. Even if you email them they will call you after one day and follow regular process and don't even bother to reply the emails.
