I get 100% signal strength, but 75-80% quality.

75-80% Signal Quality should be more than sufficient to watch the channels in good quality. do you have signal meter?

geekvishal bro, I would not suggest you to experiment with the dish which you are using for viewing purpose, because since you are not used to aligning dish you will end up messing up the alignment

Are you getting the same Signal Quality from the beginning? You can try changing the LNB skew a bit and see whether any increase in Signal Quality. But, make sure you note down the current LNB skew marking so that if something goes wrong you can revert back the skew to the same marking
