yes bro, the white one is LNB. The skew of LNB depends on the location where you stay
It means I have to tune the skew to get perfect quality?
Nothing could be wrong with the dish?
Nothing would be wrong in dish as its responsibility is only to reflect the signals. Also, make sure nothing is blocking the dish to get Signals

dish is just a big reflector that reflects the signal which is observed by LNB. The bigger the size of dish, the signal strength is more in weak foot print areas. LNB is powered by the receiver by dual way.
I tried to tune the front white skew, which is move able in all directions slowly and slowly, but nothing changed.

geekvishal I think you are getting the max signal quality. If done more precisely it will increase Max 5 percent but nothing will charge with that 5 %.
So, better leave it as it is and try installing new setup and track other satellites
