Well you don't know they have been manipulating the TOS of flipkart first for their ease. I have raised this issue on another forum where the admin was so furious that i opened my mouth against fk that he banned me. Because he get major share from affiliate payout. I hope this don't happen here.
And yes it applies to all marketplaces wherein different sellers sell the product other than the ecom itself

We're customers of Flipkart our Admin bought products from Flipkart by paying not by promoting it.

you point out the mistakes or the manipulation and it would be an advantage for us.
On the Zenfone 2 thread i have pointed out the deliberate mistake on the part of FK in the listing of product.

On this page under Key features you see processor as Z3560 and scroll down towards then end and see the processor mentioned as Z3580. Tweet to FK went unanswered.
On the same page they have provided band info for 2G and 3G but went silent on the bands support for 4G. Asus website says will support both Band3 and Band40 but the model has to be either CN or IN for that. On FK listing Model is WW which supports only Band 3 and not 40. Tweet about this gave a reply that we will get back to you.

Public is not in a position to read fine prints & act..... So they are going to blame Flipkart & compare their experience with others.....
Only thing is if FK wants to run business in long term considering growing competition then they will have to change their way of working......
