If public is overlooking a aspect then the problem is theirs. Every Ecom has its share of these problem. So if you think that someone with bad experience on FK might move to other Ecom, then you must take into account that some other person with bad experience at Amazon or XYZ Ecom might move to FK. Now the ECOM business has reached its saturation hence you see less of discounts and deals.

I mostly prefer to by products from WS Retail only. Also now with these acts and TOS , its time now for govt to act tough on e-commerce sites and make them responsible for any purchase on their website.

I bought mouse from Mumbai's one agency and found that they're more professional then WS Retail regarding billing. Not only they send Customer Invoice Copy but also stick Challan Invoice Copy on the product and bill was properly made. So there are agency in Flipkart who atleast holds the accountability. Unless like WS Retail your heart will be in your mouth until and unless they don't send Email Invoice Copy.

In that case, just mail them, or if the courier is at the fault they updated the status late
