Important d2h Package prices increasing

I didn't understand,
How can we expect quality service in low service rate. For quality operator need heavy investment and its not possible to give it for rate of low quality service.

They increased my pack by 50Rs... now my pack costs 449Rs.. which used to be 399Rs....50Rs is a very big hike....

I'm in LTR for 1 year.. eventhough I'm in LTR they icreased the pack price

you are under price protection until the LTR is over so mail them or contact nodal officer ASAP.

but rs.50 for a single channel without any previous intimation is not applicable.

You must demand price protection

I really couldn't understand the criterion which D2H uses to decide which customer to provide price protection.............

Price protection is given to all, they credit the differential amount calculated for 6 months from date of increase

We have seen lot of members who haven't received price protection automatically and had to complain for it

Just write an email and everyone with LTR will get price protection.
It's the laziness of d2h team. They selected all and apply, instead of sorting out LTR customers.
