Even monthly ones get price protection

We have seen lot of members who haven't received price protection automatically and had to complain for it

This is d2h bug problem? Or they doing this purposely. On monthly basis they may have technical limitations but
If a customer is on LTR means fixed due date and if so d2h reducing it? Then its purposely.

Did you got it? Because I can see some other members didn't got it automatically.

In ts all customer will get price protection for next 6 months even he recharge after due date till 6 month means price hike only for new installation and for existing customer after 6 month.
For ex. Suppose price change on 13 Feb and my due date is 25 march and I recharge on 24 march yet I will get old price of my pack till 13 Aug but during this one can't change pack

Yes. Tata Sky is clear in this and never saw major good ups

Its a stupidity that d2h keep on exercising at LTR's account. One should got price protection till his / her package got expired.

Also Rs. 50 hike is insane.
