HELP Deciding on a Home theater 5.1

Hello Friends,
I currently have a Sony 5.1 home theater DAV-DZ270 which i have been using for close to 5 years, the current Home theater has an excellent sound and feature, the only drawback is that i cannot connect my Videocon D2H with it to get 5.1 surround output as does not have a optical out nor a SPDIF. I have now decided to sell the system on OLX and upgrade to a new Blue Ray home theater system, my budget is not more than 15K to 18K. I was going through the website i found the following option

1. Sony -BDV-E290 (though the review is not that great of this product in terms of audio output and FM reception

2. Philips - HTS3564/94, i like the specification and also suites my budget.

I would like to know is there any other product available in the market which you guys can suggest on Blue Ray .

I am looking for following

Key feature
· Blue Ray DVD
· FM
· Connectivity to D2H or any other DTH provider for surround sound
· USB for movies & music
· All other standard feature

I was also thinking that Blue Ray is not that popular yet will it be worth spending money as the Blue Ray CD are expensive and with advent of HD channels & USB drives watching movie on DVD is thing of past .

Also suggest what would be other alternative without Blue Ray i mean normal DVD 5.1 Systems on best budget

Bro I never suggest any of these brands because these are consumers brand but not Wifi models.But with in your budget wifi models would not come.If you can increase little bit more in your budget I can suggest good HTs but trust me you never feel bad for your decision on this.you will feel real Sound for that.

for AVRs Yamaha,denon,Harman kardon,martnz. Speakers polk,wharfedale,boston accoustica etc.

Well Thanks for suggestion i had gone through the website the product are way to expensive it ranges from 32K up words... plus i have serious apprehension on the service & spares.
I want a good 5.1 home theater system with Blue Ray at 18 K or with DVD say around 14 K please suggest

I think pioneer is providing HT with bluray combo in reliance digital with in 25K.I think it is best deal.comparing to good for sound.please check in your area.

Philips has stopped the home entertainment sector so avoid buying it.
if rs.20k is the budget then LG also might be a good option.

if it is the matter then sony has launched one HT exclusively for DTHs.But all are having doubts whether it will work for d2h or not.Price is around 20K.ckeck with features and may be go for that.Check this HT-IV300 : Home Theatre Component System : Home Theatre System : Sony India
