Few days back only we read about a case where a child was raped by her's mother lover in front of her and her mother herself helped his lover to rape her daughter.

and this idiot Judge is assuming that a wife won't allow his husband to rape another women in her presence. Saala Bhaang khakar aaya tha kya court me.

This is a property dispute case. Here a widower is accusing his brother in law of raping her with the help of his wife and mother in laws. Basically the property is on her mother in laws name and she is doing all these tricks to grab the property.
