For 32 inches, HD Ready or Full HD does not make any difference. Difference b/w Full HD and HD ready for HD Channels can be felt only on screen bigger than 40 inches. For UHD , 55 Inches or more is needed to feel the difference between HD Content and UHD Content

I felt the difference between Full HD and HD ready easily on a 32 inch. So, don't quote that it makes no difference bro.

^^ Exactly more sharp pictures and clarity which also provides more colors. With Full HD TV one can feel the real picture quality of the particular channel, which looks fine in HD ready.

On a HD Ready, PQ will not be as good as Full HD. And one big issue will be ghost image issue in HD ready will be quite evident.

HD ready and Full HD has difference, of course. No doubt about it.
But HD content looks sharper and brighter on a HD ready TV, compared to SD content which is not as sharp and is dull in colors and brightness.
