Now i am feeling that DAS III will be implemented strictly by end of this month.

STBs came to my native city that means Govt strictly following the date.

Despite the Cable TV Digitization and analog shut down ends in Phase 3 areas, many MSO are still providing analog signals.

Yes, as I said earlier the analog signals won't be shut down at one go.

But these areas are continuing analog signals and they haven't got any Court Extension too. So how are they providing it ?

And how long will it take to shut down

This is India and everyone can't afford immediately a stb.

If entire india can prepare themselves for digitization why can't these few states failed to do. These states should be termed as failed states.

The problem is in phase 2 cities and even people are not willing to go for stb and enjoy in analog cables.
