TERMS & CONDITION
• Rs. 1149 is the one-time Fee for Non Stop TV pack activation and which will
not adjusted or refunded against any other pack offer.
• Customers can activate SD ADDON(selected)/HD ADDON’s, ENT
ADDONS( Refer the CRM option)
• Customer can activate Game On/Full On with nonstop pack but need to
make additional recharge ( if unused / credit balance is not available)
• In case a customer wants to upgrade or move to higher pack, then he
needs to recharge with additional amount recharge (if unused / credit balance
is not available) as 1149 is deducted from day one only and is non-refundable
and non-adjustable.
• In case subscriber do not recharge for higher pack then pack will
automatically migrate back in Non-Stop TV pack (Once the available balance
will fully consumed).
• Offer is only for Individual and billable subs.
• This offer is not for corporate, Hotel, LCO, Complimentary, Demo.
• All Existing Free to Air (AAPKA PACK) offers will become dormant after the
launch of new Non Stop TV pack.
• All existing Free to Air (AAPKA PACK) subscribers can move to new offer
by recharge the unique price point for Rs. 1149 at any point of time.
• This offer will be available for all box type
• In case active subscriber wants to move to Non Stop pack then his existing
balance will not be utilized to avail the Non Stop pack, customer has to
recharge his connection with Rs. 1149.
• Active and De-active subscriber shall have to recharge with Rs.1149 to avail
the offer.
• If any active customer recharge for Non Stop pack offer then Non Stop
pack offer will activated once his current account balance will get utilized.
Running pack cannot be changed in Non Stop TV pack. No need to take any
web request as after recharge, system will auto generate the advance
request and request will execute after current switch off date.
• If a customer downgrade and moves to NON stop pack, then the balance
will stay in customer Dish TV Account and customer can utilize the balance
for pack change or ADDON activation. For Non-stop pack he has to recharge
with 1149 (single transaction, unique price point)
• Any additional recharge post availing the Non Stop TV offer will be kept as
unused balance unless subscriber requests for any pack/ADDON’s activation
(Post recharge no default pack will activate).
• Multi VC subscriber can avail the offer but before they have to change their
multi connection in to individual.
• Processing Fee charge will not applicable, customer has to recharges only Non Stop TV offer amount (Rs. 1149).
• Post availing the Non Stop TV offer, if subscriber does any recharges and
eligible for recharge offer then customer will get the recharge offer benefits
also( e.g. if customer is eligible for Rs. 250 cashback on Rs. 250 recharge &
subscriber recharges his/her account with Rs. 250 then they will get the Rs.
