Hello sir, im facing exactly same problem abd already contacted cs but they want to sent a technician.Im not in india so its imposible.Already try to downgrade and upgrade package but it dies not work.Realy need your help

Try to refreah your account using the refresh option on their website. Also keep the stb on while performing refresh.
