My Videocon D2h customer ID is 8#######.
One of my friend getting 3 regional free addons & Free sports mega addon with his base pack same as my base pack price.
He just using South package & I am using north package.
Can you please confirm why this special treatment amongst customers?
Are South customers more important than ROI?
please call me & resolve issue.
I am sharing screen shot of my friend's Videocon D2h account as proof.
I can't share his customer ID due to security reasons.

They have added Tamil and Malayalam packs for free, I asked CC that I need Telugu instead of Malayalam addon.. And they've added all the three..

I was demanding for 2 addons in super gold pack but cc denied & added only one
Said only one free addon applicable

Karthi HD too getting 3 addons for free
& I am facing much issue even for 2 free addons
