It's not service tax, banks are levying upto 1% as transaction tax for both debit/credit card per mandate from RBI & it's impacting the profit of petroleum dealers hence they have unanimously decided to stop accepting cards from midnight.

If govt will levy charges on digital payments then Merchant will never accept it.

Now say Modi ki jai.Now charging on Credit cardss and no money in ATMs that too restrictions on money what Modi wants to do our nation??
