Important Got SONY 32 Inches LED by Free Replace after 4years

Hi Guys, It's a great experience I ran through I want share.
I had a SONY 32'' LCD Model KLVBX300 bought in 2010. Very recent I observed roughness in the Front screen panel. I have called technician through SONY CC. Technician came to my home and gave estimate to repair charge Rs. 12,000/-. It was a shocking news to me. The very next day the technician called me again and told that if I have the Cash Memo it can be repaired just for Rs. 2000/-. I felt in some doubt and mailed to Sony again to clarify the issue is it possible or not. After 15 days another technician assigned for the job and he also came to my home. He told that if I have the Xerox of my Cash memo it can be replaced only by a charge of Rs.675/-. I was very happy and confirmed him to do the job. After 7 days the technician again called me and told that a new 32'' LED vide model KLVR412B will be replaced by Sony as they have not the Panel in stock. Lastly they picked up my old TV and last week my brand new LED was delivered to my home. I didn't have any idea that a Consumer Electronics can be replaced even after 4year in free of cost. :)

I didn't understand that. What is this Cash memo ? you mean receipt if the TV

And why they waived Rs 12000 and did it free for you ?

I am asking all this because they bluntly denied providing servive to me and asked Rs 22 K for replacing my 40" LED panel even though its was just 2 years old.

I think these lower level some technicians misguide some customers to make money for their pockets
