Which D2H STB you are using??Are you using Home theatre??

I am using HD2011 Box. No I don't have Home theatre. It's coming through HDMI Cable directly. I have activated Audio Mode in AUTO in my TV Set and in STB. In case of HD Channels the Sound Bar in my STB ups and downs but no effect in my TV it can be increase or decrease by the TV set only.

After this incident I have decided not to buy anything from Sony Brand. They are in my ignore list forever.

Your Brother's story was shown, I was not aware of that but yes they solved lots complaint about SONY only.

nope bro. Just marking them CC on email worked. It was regarding extended warranty. They were denying cheque payment.
