I am Samsung crazy person.

But they have disopointed me, as i found some spot in my last samsung LED within 6 months

There would be only few who would be happy with their works.

Otherwise they are famous in blocking you on their social media pages.

They don't give contact details of higher authorities.

If your luck is good, it will get resolved at customer care else you have no other way to get things sorted. Even my brother faced similar bad experience.

He have to threaten service centre owner as they were not providing services in gentlemen way.

And regarding Sony Mobile, he contacted Pehredaar of Network 18 channel.

Your Brother's story was shown, I was not aware of that but yes they solved lots complaint about SONY only.

I noticed in this correspondence that the complaint is treated on priority basis by Sony. First time the Technician came they were not directly from Sony. They were a Franchise of Sony CC. 2nd time when the issue was not resolved and I asked some queries then the new Technician came directly from Sony. I also believed poor customer service by Sony but the incident is really unexpected to me. I will definitely post some pics of my new TV. The delivery person told me that the product was on 5years Guaranty that's why I can get free replace.

One more thing, I am getting DOLBY in my new set through HDMI directly in Videocon D2H which is an added advantage. :up:
