The main issue tatasky had or still has is, it has not got transponders from ISRO. Transponders which are operational now are probably being used for some other purpose.

Only tatasky will use GSAT 10. As they have 12 millions Dish pointing towards 83 deg East.

but the reply from ISRO clarifies that GSAT-10 was not failed.so tatasky will get Tps soon

I don't think GSAT 10 was launched only for Tatasky. Tatasky is just one of the customers of GSAT 10
