How soon is the big question. Harit Nagpal, CEO of Tatasky was upset because he didn't get any transponders for very long. This resulted in MPEG4 conversion for good.

I don't think GSAT 10 was launched only for Tatasky. Tatasky is just one of the customers of GSAT 10

see, the ku band Tps in GSAT-10 are only for TATASKY

But the reply recieved is very diplomatic. Now someone has to specifically ask them.

1. Has the Transponder of GSAT - 10 been allocated to Tata Sky
2. If Yes then when if No then why ?
3. How many transponder has been allocated to Tata Sky
