Some channels have this message, in coming days many more will have, as they be launching new model SD/HD STB.

KYC/CAF will be applicable on new model STB,s. The current one didn't come with any form.

No idea . You remember what LCO did to Gopi bhai and Bhaskarkilli bro, they made them wait for so many months for new HD STB, and every time they called lco, call centre they gave excuse of next month. Same thing here too, in Dec they said jan, and now they are saying month end. Just hope they launch it fast.

Its better you directly go in their office and collect your hd box

A neighbor angrily went today to their headend office. The people there refused to give him the box and asking him to come next month. They said some more testing and backend work is left before they can launch it.

Simple logic your LCO moving to other MSO. And he's waiting for new box might be new MSO gonna take your area's network or existing one of the state.
