One price for year pack looks which is too good but with in one year they haven't added not even a single HD channel in Hyderabad.SD channels addition also very less.there is no proper customer care to complain about it.if your area belongs to third party cable wala then there is no guarantee of Picture quality.Trust me man I was the first customer of hathway HD box in my entire area but i was so disappointed all the way and simply thrown my STB in to dustbin.

As Gopi Bhai and Bhaskar Bro has said go for DTH (tata sky) as I don't know much about Hyderabad hathway services.
Tata sky has added many channels this week and hope to add more.

Yes their price is high as compared to my Digital cable connection. For digital cable one needs a good LCO, customer care and MSO.

This is what I am trying to say.Not even single HD channel hasn't added and Tv9 HD also not a HD channels.Now it is normal SD channel only coming in HD place.poor hathway doesn't have time to check whether it is HD channel or SD.Now HD logo also removed.

One big minus in hathway is they are charging price same in all places but giving channels is not the same.which is ridiculous.other north areas some what hathway adding Hd and SD channels but in Hyderabad it is not at all happening.taking hathway is a big blunder in Hyderabad.

Here still Star channels are off air, blocked.

Yesterday they said it will be added, still no sign of it.

I will wait till Dec till digitization is completed. If their services don't improve I will make a decision to shift to other service. if it improves then I will stay.
After 3 years they are removing channels like this due to non payment.

bhaskarkilli bro, how is In Digital connection, their HD channels, SD PQ and AQ, STB quality ?? Any idea

You mean to say hathway in Hyderabad??
if yes..HD PQ is as good as any DTH if it is directly from hathway..if third person(LCO) involved it there is no guarantee.SD PQ not that much good.hathway STbs are always fine whether they are old one are new one.
