This is why broadcasters hate cable as they do absurd things
I called the headend, and for the first time a person spoke who had good communication skill and knowledge. In the past this was the issue.
I told him that why LCN no are changed and that too in wrong sections, he replied saying that they didn't change any thing. hahahha

Nope. The LCN has changed in all customers STB. They just don't want to say that they have changed it deliberately to cause problems to us. Hence tell us that they didn't do anything.
Hathway customer care/LCOs don't know anything about what is happening at head end. That is why they are telling you they didn't do anything. It is not to mislead you but but because they are not aware of anything

Gopi Bhai, then how to resolve this issue. It was better if these LCN no are reverted and restored to its original location
The thing about hathway is it gets auto resolved.
