This is a SD STB hence AV/Composite connection. HD services will start in Jan 2016, after digitization.

Then how ables to know about resolution ? Does STB have a option to change ?

Yes. There are two options, 480p and 576p.

PQ is really nice.

I think 640p is more then enough of any SD channel.

The picture while taking a shot has come blurred hence its come a little bad. Otherwise its great.

There is 640p option as well ??? Any MSO/DTH gives this option in SD STB ???

It is the Chinese National Public Broadcaster and this channel covers news from China and around the world. It shows excellent documentaries too. Do watch whenever u get time

Its a Chinese channel available on dishtv since 2012 & good Chinese news channel
