That's why we want Hathway to acquire this MSO, I think by coming months they will take over FDI as the FDI owner is a hathway distributor in Mumbai.

i can feel hathway has arrived here independently but need more sources to verify

I think Sonali Cable is your LCO name and Hathway is MSO but that doesn't mean Hathway purchased Sonali Cable if tomorrow your LCO wants to move to other MSO they can, LCO and MSOs signs the contract for partnership if any other MSO wants to reach into your area they have to convince your LCO first.

MSO is Sonali Cable Vision (Earlier) Analogue
Now Hathway Sonali Cable Vision Analogue
and Future Digital Infotainment Pvt. Ltd. - FDI (Digital)

Bro, Goa is a small state so there are 2 Digital MSO one is In Digital (IMCL) and other is Hathway (Sonali Cable Vision)
What I know is both IMCL and hathway respect each others area of operations so there is no way now any new MSO may enter and LCO changing sides.

What I feel is hathway has either purchased (acquired) sonali cable (MSO) or they are in a joint venture, hence change in the name of MSO.

where as the digital cable FDI is just a re branded name of hathway here. But once Digitization takes place I feel FDI will be rebranded as Hathway.... hope it happens

I also confused, well what LCO says is that FDI is hathway, he means all the working and headend. He means just hathway is rebranded as FDI here, he also says that if they plan to acquire FDI fully I mean even sonali cable then FDI will be renamed as hathway
