Its not an issue wit ur STB, these things happen when cable operator has some issue at their end. He must have done wrong settings on his decoders and trying to rectify it

Yes Anirudha Bro, some backend work is happening. Some channels have shifted to radio list and radio channels have come to tv list

Bunch of channels displaying the error messages are Headlines Today, AAJ TAK, Aaj Tak Tez, Delhi Aakj Tak

sorry i am noob please help me out ... what is the price of the Hatway HD stb and subscription monthly to get all the HD channels including sports and all channels.. i stay in kavuri hills.

I already have analogue connection at my home and I was planning to buy HD set top box from Kukatpally office. Do I need to contact my LCO for activation or can I just plug and play straight out of the box?

Yes, you can go to Hathway office and buy a HD box and get it activated there itself. You will need the LCO code. You need to ask your LCO for the LCO code. Or buy a HD box and ask your cable operator to activate it for you.

My suggestion is to get the box from the LCO. 2000 for box and 1800 for annual activation.

In Hyderabad, it is better to do that way. I got my annual activation done at Hyderguda HO, so now my LCO cannot access my box and change package.
