1) Turn off the STB by removing the power plug.
2) Turn the STB on
3) When you see the message "Please wait Initializing" then press back button twice and press 2 4 6 5. This will start software download.

I have cisco Z255 Dvb set top box from hathway, but it's EPG feature is not functioning and program information guide is also not display.

Try manual update. Even after the manual update if it doesn't work then ask your cable operator to exchange the box or fix it for you.

There was no new firmware Mazi. This thread was posted long back for those who are interested in manual firmware update.

I tried to ask the cable operator but he saild, u can exchange it with amount 750rs extra. But i don't wan't to give money.
