This is made by Technicolor. Model number DCI804. It is the same STB which was announced as a deal between Hathway and Technicolor in 2013 July time. This has NDS firmware.

But this NDS firmware looks completely different then the previous HD STB which also had NDS firmware ???

Yes, this firmware has a totally different look and feel than old HD STB.
Difficult to say which is better
But I feel HD PVR firmware is slightly better than the old HD STB firmware as the current firmware occupies just the 5% of the screen below and menus items are scrolled horizontally. Because of the horizontal scrolling, you get the first menu item after the last menu item. In the old firmware, where the scrolling is vertical, when you reach the end of the menu item, you have to press many buttons to go the top of the menu.Hardware is by Technicolor and firmware by NDS. Skyworth is also a STB hardware provider and NDS is the firmware on Skyworth too.

how is the channel changing speed ?? the earlier STB u said that it was slow. How is EPG loading time and booting time ???

This STB is much faster. I didn't find any lags. Channel changing speed is same as old STB. EPG loading time is faster and booting time is almost the same.
