HELP HD add-ons not showing in My d2h Account

After I login to my d2h Account ; It does not show ANY HD addon in addons section also no HD channels are shown in A La Carte section as well. On the other hand My friend can see various HD addons and HD channels in the same list and he is also able to activate HD channels and add-ons and channels from there only.

In the beginning it used to show HD channels but it stopped showing any HD channels after my 2244 stb was replaced with 6666RF.
Also you can see the screenschots of account sections of me and my friend. While both of us are using HD 6666RF stb but his stb is shown as 'HD6666-RF' while mine is displayed as S-SW-6666RF.

Can somebody help me with this?
Customer care is dumb to understand what I am saying.

I already sent them an email with screenshots. But as I said they are too dumb/lazy to fix this.

In general.
the addons section is not showing any HD addon, a la carte section is not showing any HD cahnnels.

Its most probable reason is that my stb is registered as an SD stb in d2h database.

YES. checked website as well. There too it is showing that I am using SD box. No HD channels there as well.
