For new movies may be ur statement is correct but for old movies Tamil DVDs better.at least you are having Sun HD.In telugu also most movies releasing in US only.Ye maya chesave(Bluray) still not available in India,same like King and Arundhathi.Only thing we can download from torrents only.I dont know the reason Telugu movies are not available in India and they are available in US.

i thing volga released arundhati in india and some telugu movies dont have dvds/bds until the TV premiere and in some cases Gemini signs deal as such no dvdx/bds shpuld be released until the premiere. After yevadu premiered on MAA tv, the dvd was released the next day.

DVDs fine ganesh bro.But the problem with Bluray.Volga only released arundhathi and yemaya chesave DVDs in India but Volga did not release Blurays of this movies But these two movies video rights has taken by Bhavani in US so they have released DVDs as well as Blurays also.But the problem is Bhavani doesn't have rights to release Bluray in India.So these kind of problems are there.Volga having many problems.You can see Santosham DVD which is having rights in India but the DD sound is not at all good and the US rights taken by KAD and the DVD has proper DD sound.

almost i had seen last 4 years telugu movies in hd (720p and 1080p)movies via torrent download...
in telugu film industry arudathi is first blu ray movie..
main problem gemini tv hd is changing movies library into hd..
all premire movies and last 2 months new premire movies telecast in hd only..
in sun tv hd starting they telecast only new premire movies after some time they adjust movies library into hd..

First Blu ray Movie in Telugu is not Arundhathi..it is King.But I think it is not released in India.Arundhathi was the first Bluray released in India.
