I will also back Anirudha words that you should go for adtv now
1. Adtv package pricing is better then Tatasky and Tatasky's HD Access policy also sucks
2. Some members say that both have same PQ and SQ but i will prefer Adtv in this regard.
3. Both are good in terms of UI, Hardware and Software
4. Tatasky is still stuck with tp space and Adtv have some space to accommodate more channels
5. I think Tatasky Web login account has more effective and options then Adtv
You have experienced Tatasky so my suggestion is that u should go for Airtel HD

... also airtel dvr costs 4990/- much less than tata sky's. but to my luck i bought tata sky dvr 2 years ago at Rs.3500/-

Actually if you decides not to recharge ADTV say for 6 months or more then that CC will calls you and will offers a scheme if you decides not to continue with ADTV they will ask you to return the hardware if not then they will blocks your Customer ID and everything so that you can't restore your connection back.
Adtv provides the facility of recording via mobile too.
I have been using all dth (sun dth not included) for last 8 years and found airtel the best.
