I suggest you to go for tatasky.
If airtel have maximum no of HD Channels compare to Tata sky then i'll definitely suggest you to go for airtel. Because their excellent pq and aq.

If you are looking for multiconnection don't go for adtv as for every connection addons are charged seperately.

If no budget problems TS is best or else stick with Videocon D2h

I have got the cheque from d2h. I think I will go with Tata Sky because Airtel has stopped giving cashback from third party websites as Deepu bro mentioned and also their logo is too opaque to ignore. Tata Sky has all the channels I need and it's in my budget when I am getting a new connection with 1 year recharge offer.
Their HD access fee is a little expensive, but if you are getting better quality 50-60 rupees shouldn't matter.
