In d2h, they rarely take 2-3 hours to upgrade the package. In fact, in most cases it is done in seconds.



3) Customer care representative provided wrong information. (The first request which I had placed for package change was wasted. Because customer care representative provided wrong information when she called. She said there is no English Entertainment chanenls in Ultra package and for that reason I had to drop the request of upgrade. All English Entertainment chanenls are available in Ultra pack but she didn't know it. In fact, when I said Ultra she thought I was taking about Ultra Plus.

That's been my experience so far. I will update more if I find any.

You can change package easily through online account. Why call them?

When there is a package change from the service provider and if you are in annual or welcome kit mode, CC will take request for package change and you will get a call back from tatasky back end team.

That's the procedure for Tatasky
